Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of the SENTIS Global online store and your purchases from us. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Returns Policy, and Shipping Policy.
Products and availability
We may offer physical made-to-order products, digital products, or other creative goods. Product availability, specifications, pricing, and descriptions may change. We aim to present products accurately, but minor differences in color, placement, scale, or appearance can occur because of screen settings and manufacturing processes.
Orders and payment
An order is not final until accepted and payment is successfully processed. We may cancel or refuse an order where necessary for payment, fraud prevention, inventory, technical, legal, or fulfillment reasons. If a canceled order has already been charged, any required refund will be processed through the applicable payment method.
Made-to-order production
Some physical products are created only after an order is placed. Once production begins, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
Digital products
Digital products are licensed for the use described in the product listing. Unless the listing expressly grants broader rights, purchase does not transfer ownership of SENTIS Global branding, designs, trademarks, or other intellectual property.
Intellectual property
Store content, branding, product presentation, original written materials, and other protected assets remain the property of their respective rights holders. You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, or commercially exploit protected content except as expressly permitted in the relevant product license or by law.
Prohibited use
You may not use the store for unlawful activity, fraud, abuse, interference with the service, or infringement of third-party rights.
Service availability
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the store where reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party services, payment systems, carriers, or fulfillment providers.
Applicable law
These terms apply subject to mandatory consumer protection and other non-waivable laws that may apply to you. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
