Shipping and Fulfillment
Physical products are produced on demand and fulfilled through professional fulfillment partners. Production and shipping times vary by product, destination, order volume, and fulfillment location.
Processing time
Most made-to-order products are typically fulfilled within approximately 2–5 business days before shipping. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed dispatch time.
Delivery estimates and tracking
Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout or in order communications are estimates. Shipping time depends on the destination and carrier. Tracking information is provided when available.
Split shipments
Items in the same order may be fulfilled at different facilities and may arrive in separate packages.
Customs, duties, and import charges
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. Unless checkout specifically states that these charges are prepaid, the recipient is responsible for any such fees.
Address accuracy
Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting an order. If a package is returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, or unclaimed address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
